Can I change plans later?

Absolutely! You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any charges.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Is there a free trial for paid plans?

Yes! Standard and Pro include a 7-day free trial. A payment method is required to start the trial.

What happens if I exceed my plan limits?

We notify you before you hit plan limits. You can upgrade in-app to keep using features without interruption.

Do you offer discounts for annual plans?

We're exploring annual billing options. Contact us at support@inboxboard.com if you're interested in annual pricing.

Can I get a refund?

You can cancel anytime from Settings or the Stripe customer portal. Your account stays active until the end of your billing period.

How does Enterprise team billing work?

Enterprise is priced per seat. The billing administrator’s subscription covers invited teammates, and seat count updates when you add or remove members (subject to your finalized quote from our team).
