What email providers does InboxBoard support?
InboxBoard works today with any mailbox on Microsoft Exchange Online—Outlook.com, Microsoft 365 work and school accounts, and custom domains like you@yourcompany.com. Outlook is the app you flag mail in; your work address counts if it runs on Microsoft 365. Gmail and Google Workspace are on a waitlist while we finish Google’s OAuth verification. Connect via OAuth; we never see your password.
How do I get emails onto my board?
Star or flag emails in Gmail or Outlook, and they'll automatically appear on your InboxBoard. Pro users can also use the Feed view to browse recent emails and add them to the board with one click.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes! You can cancel anytime from Settings. Your account will remain active until the end of your billing period.
Is my email data secure?
Absolutely. InboxBoard uses OAuth to connect to your email, so we never see or store your email password. All data is encrypted in transit and we follow security best practices.
What's the difference between Standard, Pro, and Enterprise?
Standard includes 1 email account with board views. Pro adds unlimited accounts, the Feed view, the Today view, due-date tracking, and more. Enterprise includes everything in Pro plus team management, centralized billing, and priority support.
How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link. If you're already logged in, you can change your password in Settings.
